Pricing & plan reference

Authoritative reference for Vendschat plan tiers, published prices, contact limits, seat economics, and feature comparison. Use this when customers ask “How much is Growth 500?” or “What’s the difference between Growth and Advanced?” Live checkout prices come from Stripe via the plan catalog (GET /settings/plan/catalog). Plan card totals on the Plans page use in-app PLAN_DISPLAY_PRICES plus selected seats — they should match Stripe but checkout total wins if they differ. Currency: USD. Tax: Excluded unless stated at checkout.

UI allows selecting 10 up to 110 total seats on Plans page (10 free + up to 100 paid).
At checkout, extra seats are added as a Stripe line item.
Seat upgrades bill immediately with proration.
Seat downgrades reduce active seats now; billed quantity may drop at period end.
