Also: Mobile **More → Integrations**. Onboarding Step 3 is **Create AI Agent**, not this catalog. ### Where are webhooks? **Settings → Workspace → Connections → Webhooks** (`/settings/workspace/webhooks`). ### Where are API keys? **Settings → Workspace → Connections → API Keys** (`/settings/workspace/api-keys`). ### Where is the REST API documentation? **Settings → Workspace → Connections → REST API** (`/settings/workspace/rest-api`). ### Where is n8n? Sidebar **n8n** → `/n8n` (hosted instance setup). External n8n connects via **Webhooks**. *** ## Plans & access ### Which plan includes webhooks? **Growth** and **Advanced**. Not **Starter**. ### Which plan includes Zapier, Make, and n8n? **Growth** and **Advanced** for connecting via webhooks/automation. **Hosted n8n instance** is **Advanced** only. ### Which plan includes the Developer API? **Advanced** only. Create keys under **API Keys**. ### Is HubSpot on Starter? HubSpot integration is listed on **Starter**, **Growth**, and **Advanced** in the pricing matrix. Webhooks still require **Growth+**. ### How do I upgrade for integrations? **Settings → Organization → Billing & Usage → Plans** (workspace owner). *** ## Webhooks ### How do I create a webhook? **Webhooks → Add destination** → name, HTTPS URL, select events → save. Store the signing secret (`whsec_…`). ### What events should I start with? `incoming.vendschat.messages` for all inbound traffic, or `incoming.whatsapp.messages.text` for WhatsApp-only. ### How do I pause a webhook without deleting? Row **⋯ → Disable**. Re-enable with **Enable**. ### How do I verify webhook authenticity? Check `X-VendsChat-Signature` and `X-VendsChat-Timestamp` headers using your signing secret. See [Webhooks guide](/integrations/webhooks-guide). ### What's the difference between thin and snapshot payload? **Thin** = minimal IDs/metadata. **Snapshot** = richer embedded data in the POST body. ### Can Co-Admin list my webhooks? Yes — ask *“List our webhooks”*. Returns live destinations for the current workspace. ### Why does the UI show sample Make URLs? The webhooks table may show demo rows during UI rollout. Co-Admin live data and your API responses are authoritative once wired. *** ## HubSpot ### How do I connect HubSpot? **Integrations → HubSpot → Connect** → complete HubSpot OAuth. ### What syncs from HubSpot? Contacts and mapped properties (name, email, phone, company, lifecycle stage by default). ### Can I disconnect HubSpot? Yes — disconnect stops sync; **Chat** history remains. ### HubSpot vs webhooks? **HubSpot** = CRM contact sync. **Webhooks** = real-time message events. Many teams use both. *** ## API keys & REST API ### How do I create an API key? **API Keys → Create API key** → name → copy key on success screen (shown once). ### I lost my API key. Can I copy it again? No. Revoke the old key and create a new one. ### What is the API base URL? `https://api.vendschat.com/v1` (shown on REST API page). ### What is the rate limit? 1000 requests per hour per key (per REST API page). ### Do API keys expire? Only if you set an optional **Expires at** date at creation. *** ## Make, Zapier, n8n ### How do I connect Make or Zapier? Create a webhook in Make/Zapier → copy URL → **Vendschat Webhooks → Add destination**. ### What's the difference between external n8n and hosted n8n? **External:** Your n8n instance + Vendschat webhooks (**Growth+**). **Hosted:** Vendschat provisions instance at `/n8n` (**Advanced**). ### What are the hosted n8n free tier limits? 20 active workflows · 1,000 executions/month · 200+ nodes (shown on `/n8n` page). ### Integrations card says Active but Connect doesn't work? Some catalog buttons are still being wired. Use **Webhooks** for Make/Zapier/n8n today. *** ## Custom integrations ### How do I build a custom integration? **Advanced** plan → **API Keys** + **REST API** docs. Optionally **Webhooks** on **Growth+** for events. ### Can I request a new native integration? **Integrations → Request Integration** (dashed card at bottom of catalog). ### Where is Custom API in the catalog? **Integrations → Custom API** → **View Docs** (REST API) · **Configure** (API Keys). *** ## Security ### Can I share API keys in Chat with a customer? Never. Use secrets managers and revoke keys shared accidentally. ### Should webhook URLs be HTTP or HTTPS? HTTPS in production. ### When should I rotate webhook secrets?
