Historical **WhatsApp messaging performance** in the dashboard — sent, delivered, read, failed, trends, template reply rates, and message-level logs. Use **Co-Admin** for live workspace snapshots and **per-contact** lookups.

**Who this is for:** Marketing leads, support managers, agency account leads, and anyone reviewing broadcast results or troubleshooting failed sends.

**Primary path:** Sidebar → **Analytics** → `/analytics`
